Program Notes
Bass Quartet for double bass was written for Jeffrey Weisner and premiered on the 'Peabody Writes for Bass' recital on April 8, 2008. The quartet has eight, short, character movements. Bass Quartet received Second Prize in the 2009 Prix D'Ete Composition Competition.
